Dr. Diego Fernando Hernandez (“Doc Diego”), Owner, Balanced Living Psychology, presents “The Link between Mindfulness and Deep Inner Work”

Dr. Diego Hernandez (Doc Diego), a licensed clinical psychologist and trauma researcher, will guide you in exploring the connection between mindfulness and deep inner work. Doc Diego has extensive experience working with and trauma human performance including military personnel, civilians, and corporate leaders. Since 2010, he has also been a part of the Tampa Bay Yoga Cruise where he leads mindfulness meditation.
Together with the Arise Alliance team, Doc Diego has co-developed a groundbreaking therapeutic approach called Critical Memory Integration (CMI). In his talk he will briefly introduce you to the fundamentals of how memory and emotions work, and how you can use them to reshape your personal story. By embracing difficult experiences, you’ll learn to unlock post-traumatic growth. We’ll explore this process of releasing post-traumatic growth and may even get a chance to practice an exercise that help you stay present and connect with your Authentic Self.
